サファイアシンチレータには、スペクトルの赤色領域（690〜900 nm）での発光がかなり高く、残光レベルが低い（表1.2）ため、独自の放射のわずかな吸収（〜0.15 cm -1）があります。マトリックスの耐放射線性により、サファイアの安定性は他のシンチレーターと比較して大きくなります（表1.3）。放射線相互作用の停止後、サファイアシンチレータのシンチレーション特性は数秒で回復します。
サファイア基板を置き換える可能性のある材料とみなされる基板はたくさんありますが、リーズナブルな価格と比較的低いミスマッチのため、基板（GaN LED成長用）市場では依然として支配的です。 Zhongjuは、顧客のニーズに応じて基板を処理できます。現在、当社のサファイア基板の生産範囲は2〜12インチで、高品質で正確な向きになっています。
